Dinner Hopping.lu is a unique concept in Luxembourg and the Greater Region: a travelling dinner aboard an authentic American school bus that has been completely converted into a mobile restaurant. This extraordinary experience combines mobility, gastronomy and sightseeing in an original, welcoming and immersive format.
Launched in 2018 under the brand name Sightseeing.lu, Dinner Hopping was designed as a new way to experience Luxembourg’s city and gastronomy, breaking with traditional tourism and dining conventions. The project is based on a simple idea: to take your senses on a journey through a gourmet itinerary, while exploring the capital and its surroundings in a unique way.
On board our bus, which can accommodate up to 28 guests, participants embark on an evening tour at the pace of the city and its flavours. Each dinner includes three courses (starter, main course, dessert), served in several stages, in collaboration with local partner restaurants selected for their quality, originality and local commitment.
The menu changes with the seasons and themes, offering a varied selection that appeals to a diverse clientele:
