MyQ – Where Luxembourg’s Stories Come to Life
Tourist Award Luxembourg 2025 – Submission Introduction

At MyQ, we believe that hospitality is not just about offering a place to sleep — it’s about crafting an unforgettable experience that touches the heart, stirs the imagination, and celebrates the unique soul of Luxembourg. Through a growing collection of remarkable guesthouses across the country, we welcome travellers into living pieces of history, where architecture, emotion and human connection come together in perfect harmony.

A Vision Rooted in Soulful Hospitality
MyQ was founded on a heartfelt mission: to bring meaningful travel experiences to life in Luxembourg. Each of our guesthouses is one-of-a-kind, located in beautifully restored historic buildings, and curated with love, creativity and an eye for detail. We are not a hotel chain. We are a family of places, each with its own story, energy and character — and yet all of them guided by the same passion: to inspire.

Our guests come to rest, to reconnect, to dream. And we offer them more than comfort — we offer a feeling of home, of discovery, and of being part of something special.

Architecture That Speaks to the Imagination
At the heart of MyQ lies the artistic vision of Pascal Zimmer, the architect behind every restoration and design. Together, we transform forgotten buildings into destinations full of beauty, respect and soul. The original elements — from timber beams and stone walls to vintage doors and hidden courtyards — are lovingly preserved, while thoughtful, modern touches bring lightness and comfort.

Each location is completely different, yet the MyQ signature is unmistakable: a refined blend of heritage and design, with a deep reverence for place and time.

Four Distinct Locations Across Luxembourg
We currently welcome guests in four extraordinary places, each chosen for its rich local context and restored with care:

Château de Clémency – A 17th-century castle reborn in the heart of the village of Clémency. Here, guests step into themed rooms like Sherlock, Peggy’s Belle Epoque, Roaring ’20 and Tribute — each one an immersive universe blending history with playful elegance.
Tailor’s Trail in Beaufort – Located in the heart of Luxembourg’s “Mullertaal” region, this 19th-century tailor’s house offers four characterful rooms: Man’s Cave, Familys, Ob der Gäen, and Stairway to Heaven. Surrounded by dramatic rock formations, waterfalls, and medieval charm, this guesthouse is perfect for hikers, dreamers, and seekers of peace.
Beim Mulles in Vianden – Nestled in the iconic village of Vianden, dating back to 1790, this location features three self-contained guesthouses: The BLACKsmith, The House, and The Shapp. With its raw materials, open fireplaces and artistic flair, Beim Mulles is both rustic and refined.
Céline’s Loft in Boevange – A countryside treasure from 1838, this spacious loft is perfect for families and slow travellers. The high ceilings, warm wood tones, and inspiring design make it a serene base to discover all of Luxembourg.
Every location has been carefully restored to retain its authentic spirit while offering contemporary luxury in the most natural way — nothing overdone, nothing superficial. Just timeless charm, modern comfort, and a big heart.

People First – Always
Our greatest pride is not our buildings, but our people. Hospitality at MyQ means genuine connection, warm welcomes, and thoughtful details. From the handwritten welcome cards to fresh flowers, from local tips to perfectly prepared rooms — our team (including Dragica, Mélissa and Sandy) brings human touch to every guest experience.

We believe every traveller should feel seen, cared for, and inspired. That’s why we personalise every stay, often going far beyond expectations. Whether it’s an impromptu birthday surprise, a special breakfast request, or simply a moment of listening, we treat each guest like a dear friend.

Inspiring Conscious Travel
We don’t just host guests — we share stories, foster reflection, and invite people to connect with Luxembourg in a deeper way. Our properties are living proof that heritage can thrive when treated with respect and vision. By giving these historical buildings a new life, we also help preserve the architectural legacy of our regions for generations to come.

We encourage guests to slow down, to explore villages and valleys, to taste local food and to appreciate the quiet beauty of this small but mighty country.

Why We Apply for the Tourist Award 2025
MyQ is not a traditional hospitality brand. It is a labour of love — built slowly, authentically, and with deep care for people and places. We believe we represent a new kind of tourism in Luxembourg: one that is intimate, imaginative, rooted in heritage, and committed to quality over quantity.

Winning the Tourist Award 2025 would not only be an immense honour — it would also be a celebration of all the values we stand for:

Sustainability through restoration
Creativity through design and storytelling
Hospitality with a human heart
And an unwavering love for Luxembourg
We don’t strive to be the biggest. We strive to be the most meaningful.

And we warmly invite the jury — and all of Luxembourg — to discover the magic of MyQ.

With gratitude,
